Tracks

Choose a track the way you'd choose a job.

Because that's what it is. You'll ship deliverables, be measured against KPIs, and answer to a Track Lead.

How tracks work

You join a track in Week 2, after a track fair and a conversation about where you're heading. Track work is about 55% of your time.

Tracks are functionally distinct and operationally interdependent, deliberately, because that's how institutions actually work. Research sets the session agenda. Partnerships secure the speakers before production can plan. Sessions generate the content the community runs on. Strategy integrates all of it.

There are weekly cross-track standups and a fortnightly integrated review. You will experience the coordination costs of a real organisation. That is itself a learning objective.
