RIX · Regulatory Infrastructure Exchange

The work has to go somewhere.

Research is commissioned, regulations are analysed, projects are delivered, and intelligence is generated across the ecosystem. RIX is the structured framework that keeps it from disappearing into disconnected documents, spreadsheets and individual folders.

What RIX is

A structured regulatory intelligence framework, built from the work of the ecosystem.

Not simply a database. RIX exists so that reviewed, high-quality research from Fellows, Mentors and institutional engagements becomes reusable infrastructure that strengthens future learning, advisory work and institutional decision-making.

What RIX contains

Digital asset regulation
Licensing
Stablecoins
AML/CFT
Travel Rule
Sanctions
Consumer protection
Regulatory guidance
Enforcement developments
Jurisdictional frameworks
Regulatory change
Comparative analysis

How RIX is built

The contribution and review workflow.

Fellows research.
Structured jurisdictional research, regulatory monitoring and comparative analysis, produced as part of Fellowship work.
Mentors review.
Submissions are checked for accuracy, sourcing and quality by mentors and senior contributors before they are considered for inclusion.
Institutions create demand.
Institutional questions and commissioned research shape what the ecosystem prioritises.
RIX compounds the work.
Approved intelligence is structured into a reusable framework rather than sitting in a single document or folder.

Who can access what

Fellows
Introductory RIX resources from Foundation Fellow; selected research participation from Professional Fellow; a full contributor pathway for RIX Fellows.
Mentors
Selected RIX access as a Community Mentor, expanding to research review and, at Strategic Advisory Mentor level, working-group and framework leadership.
Institutions
Selected RIX insights as an Ecosystem Partner, expanding to advanced intelligence access and commissioned research at Talent & Advisory and Strategic Institutional Partner levels.

Access to opportunities arising from RIX contribution or review, including paid research and advisory work, is subject to capability and project requirements. Legum does not guarantee placement or engagement to any Fellow, Mentor or institution.

Governance

RIX is deliberately not a free-for-all repository.

Not every submission automatically enters RIX. Contributions are reviewed, sources are documented, and quality standards apply before material is structured into the exchange.

Expert judgement is part of the process throughout. The goal is actionable intelligence, not simply more information.
