By using this website, submitting an application or accepting a place, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, the Code of Conduct and the IP & Publication Policy. The programme is operated by the Legum Compliance Institute, [ADDRESS], [EMAIL].

Content on this site is provided for information. It is not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and no adviser-client relationship arises from reading it. Responses generated by the Ask feature are automated, may be incomplete, and are not a commitment by the programme. Where this site and a written agreement conflict, the written agreement prevails.

• Applications for the Founding Cohort open 1 October 2026 and close 30 November 2026 at 23:59 WAT.
• Selection runs in five stages and is competitive. Submitting an application, or paying the application fee, does not create any entitlement to a place.
• You must be at least 18 and must give accurate information. Material misrepresentation voids an application or an offer, and fees paid are not refunded in that case.
• Offers are issued 25 December 2026 with a 5-day acceptance window. An unaccepted offer lapses and the place may be reallocated.

• Application fee: USD 100. Payable on submission, per application, per cycle. It covers assessment of the written task and the panel process and is non-refundable once assessment begins.
• Programme tuition: USD 2,000. Payable only if you are offered and accept a place, in full or by the instalment plan below.
• Early-application discount: 30%. Applications submitted on or before 31 October 2026 attract a 30% reduction in tuition, bringing it to USD 1,400. The discount attaches to the date the application is submitted, not the date of payment, and is applied automatically to the offer.
• Scholarships and needs-assessed reductions are assessed separately and may be combined with the early-application discount at the Programme Office's discretion. Employer-sponsored seats are invoiced to the employer.
• Fees are stated in US dollars and exclude bank charges, currency conversion costs and any local taxes or withholding for which you are responsible.

• Tuition is due within 14 days of accepting an offer, or by the schedule set out in your offer letter.
• An instalment plan is available on request: 50% on acceptance and 50% before the start of Week 5.
• A place is confirmed when the first payment clears. Unpaid places may be released after written reminder.
• Access to sessions, assessment and certification may be suspended where an instalment is more than 14 days overdue.

• The USD 100 application fee is non-refundable once assessment begins, and is refunded in full if we cancel the admissions cycle.
• Withdraw before the orientation date of 4 January 2026: full refund of tuition paid, less any bank charges.
• Withdraw during Weeks 1 and 2: 50% refund of tuition paid.
• Withdraw from Week 3 onward: no refund, because the cohort seat, mentor match and faculty allocation cannot be reassigned.
• Where we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may choose a full tuition refund or a transferred place in the next cohort.
• Deferral to the next cohort is granted once, on documented compelling grounds, with tuition credited in full.
• Termination for a Code of Conduct breach does not attract a refund.

• We commit to delivering the published curriculum, assessment and certification, and to telling you promptly and in writing about any material change.
• We do not guarantee employment, placement, an interview, a visa outcome, or any commercial result. Talent Pool inclusion is an introduction, not an offer.
• Certification is issued by the Legum Compliance Institute with a grade classification and is independently verifiable. University credit and professional CPD recognition are targets, and we will say so plainly when they exist.
• Completion requires meeting published attendance and assessment thresholds.

A place assumes genuine availability of 10 to 12 hours a week for sixteen weeks, including two fixed live sessions. Fellows must complete their own work, meet deadlines, respect confidentiality, and comply with the Code of Conduct. Places are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

We may vary faculty, module sequencing, session timing and delivery format where necessary to protect quality, and may move sessions online in response to circumstances beyond our control. Substantive changes to curriculum outcomes or fees do not apply retroactively to an accepted offer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our total liability arising from your application or participation is limited to the fees you have paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or employment.

The Legum name, marks, site design and copy are owned by Legum. You may quote and link with attribution. You may not copy the site or its materials for commercial training or competing programmes.

Complaints follow the Appeals and Grievance process, with final internal recourse to the Ethics Committee. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
