For Mentors

Teach. Build. Advise. Lead.

Mentors are not positioned as volunteers. The platform is built to carry professional value, network value, reputation value and, at senior tiers, commercial value.

What mentors do

Mentors teach and guide Fellows through real implementation work, reviewing case studies, risk assessments, policy drafts and research rather than simulated exercises.

At the Professional and Strategic Advisory tiers, mentors also help validate the intelligence that feeds RIX, and may be considered for advisory, research and project opportunities that come through the ecosystem.
