The Fellowship is the workforce layer of all of it. That is what allows it to offer live work rather than simulated exercises.

- 7–11 external members from regulators, academia, industry, development partners and the alumni body. Strategic oversight, quarterly.
- Programme Director
- Overall delivery, budget, partnerships, external representation.
- Academic Director
- Curriculum integrity, assessment standards, research quality, faculty development.
- Councils and committees
- Faculty Council · Research Council · Selection Committee · Mentorship Committee · Alumni Council
- Ethics Committee
- Independent chair, external members, reporting to the Advisory Board rather than to programme management. Conduct, conflicts, safeguarding, research ethics and final appeals.
Every cohort operates under a published policy set: Code of Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Harassment and Safeguarding, Data Protection and Privacy, Academic Integrity, IP and Publication, Appeals and Grievance, and the Chatham House Rule protocol.
