Mentorship, treated as infrastructure

Mentorship is the most valued and most frequently mismanaged component of fellowship programmes. So we made it structural.

One mentor to one or two Fellows. Not a pool. Not a directory. A person.

Matched on five weighted inputs: career objective (30%), track and functional fit (25%), sector and jurisdiction relevance (20%), development need (15%), and your own ranked preference after a mentor showcase (10%).

Six sessions minimum across the sixteen weeks, then bi-monthly through a 12-month alumni year.

Week 2 · Contracting
Expectations, goals, boundaries, cadence. Signed agreement and development plan.
Week 5 · Development
Skills gaps and learning application
Week 8 · Mid-point
Progress review and capstone direction
Week 11 · Depth
Track work and professional branding
Week 13 · Capstone
Challenge and refinement
Week 16 · Transition
Career plan, introductions, next steps

Three warm introductions, minimum, per Fellow. That's a commitment we ask every mentor to make in writing.

Re-matching is available once, no-fault, at the mid-programme review. Chemistry either works or it doesn't, and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time.

Teach on the Fellowship

We're recruiting practitioner faculty and mentors for the Founding Cohort.

The ask is modest and specific: a single session, a fortnightly track advisory slot, a fireside conversation, or a capstone examination panel. The offer is platform, visibility, early access to talent, and a contribution to something the continent needs.

Founding Cohort

Every Fellow is matched with a mentor for 16 weeks plus a 12-month alumni year.

Applications close 30th November, 2026.
